Thank you for shopping with Youthenna. Below you will find all information regarding the processing, shipping, and delivery of your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, where available.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Germany: 5–10 business days
  • Netherlands: 5–10 business days
  • Belgium: 5–10 business days
  • France: 5–10 business days
  • Austria: 5–10 business days
  • Other European Union countries: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain purchase amount. If applicable, this will automatically be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24–72 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes

Youthenna is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

Youthenna cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information may be charged to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.

For shipments outside the European Union, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's customs authorities.
